Recent assignments

• Research institute - a strategic options review and the preparation of a business plan, including modelling comparative schemes.
• Partnerships UK - a detailed appraisal of the £247m New Stonehenge Visitor Centre project being assembled and promoted by English Heritage with its fellow sponsors and stakeholders, and a thorough risk analysis with proposals for structuring the commercial arrangements to address the key areas of concern. The appraisal report set out funding options.
• Guangdong Province - an EU funded assignment jointly with CEPMLP at the University of Dundee, providing strategic advice and training to develop options for introducing competition in electricity generation as part of the continuing transition and economic reform in China.
• Light rail project - advisor to a sponsor group developing an LRT scheme in partnership with a municipal body in the UK.
• Financial advice and support services - we are retained by two international banks to provide advice and support on project finance and advisory roles.
