Unit 8: Project cashflow models
Using the Base Case cashflow model, create each sensitivity test
described in Unit 8 of the course module. Note the effect on the
project cashflows, control ratios (DSCR & LLCR), project and
investors' returns and the loan repayment date.
You can generate each sensitivity test using the Base Case Model.
Examples of each of those sensitivity cases is available using the
links opposite.
