Foster Wyatt
is an independent project management, development and finance advisor
to sponsors, developers, financial institutions and government agencies
involved in major infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas.
It is run by Victor Smith with an associate who each has over 25 years
in capital project development and finance in the UK and countries
including the Russian Federation, Poland, China, the Middle East,
Pakistan, India and Africa. Consultancy assignments include support services for Partnerships UK, advising on introducing competition in electricity generation in China, financial advice for a light rail project sponsor group in the UK, advisory work for banks in the Ukraine and Nigeria, and support services for a UK utility. Victor Smith regularly provides specialist project finance courses for clients including the leader in professional education, BPP Professional Education in the City of London, and for DePfa Bank in Dublin, Cranfield School of Management and the postgraduate Centre for Energy, Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee. |
